Study on Grid-based Resources Allocation of Public Service in Urban and Rural Areas

摘要：

Public service resources, as the essential tools and material guarantee for the government to provide public service, should be allocated in urban and rural areas relatively fair and effectively. Decentralized resources can be integrated and resource utilization efficiency can be improved with the help of grid management, which originated from net. In this paper, public service resources in urban and rural areas were regarded as a system according to the grid management theory; and four perspectives of the allocation resources of public service, quantity, region, type and level, were analyzed. An optimized method of resource allocation was proposed to improve the overall efficiency of the resources utilization. Ultimately, a service-oriented government can be established to meet the publics demand.
