Open Information and Resource Integration of Archives Based on Public Service Concept
As the economy boosts and the living standard being improved constantly, the need for public archival information and service is growing rapidly. This requires us to strengthen the construction of service-type government, innovate and improve the service system of public archival information. The primary concern lies within the laws and regulations as some of the archives related laws contradict the Rule of Government Information Publicity. Its important to enhance the transparency of the government and to protect the right to know of the citizen. Secondly, modern concepts of public archival information service have to be established. Every people-related archive needs to be collected and integrated into the system. Thirdly, intensive enterprise management on archives and nongovernment consultancy should be built, thus facilitates the popularization of Chinese archival information service.
