The Predicament and Countermeasures of Land Conversion in Urbanization
This paper first illustrates the meanings of urbanization, and discusses the significance of carrying forward urbanization in China. On this basis, it puts forward the idea that Urbanization means the cluster of population, economy and the Land conversion. Land resources are the material base of the countrys existence and development, are also the basic condition for people to produce, work, residence and other activities. The paper analyses the current situation of our countrys Land conversion under the Background of Urbanization, and points out some main problems, and gives some measures to solve these problems to accelerate circulation effectiveness and rational utilization of Land resources. Land conversion and rational utilization have their own theoretical foundation and have been widely practiced in the western countries, whose market is well developed. The paper emphasizes that we must strengthen system building and provides some system guarantee for marketing in the process of Land conversion and rational utilization in order to enhance the ratio of Chinese urbanization.
