The Compare Research on Administration Efficiency in Invest Environment Based on the East and Middle Sector

It has initiated measures by laying emphasis on performance in appraisal forms of the government. It is quite reasonable that performance linked pay rise may be considered as another concrete measure aimed at realizing more satisfactory performance output from administration efficiency. After comparing invest environment from many respects, we draw the conclusion that Qingdaos and Luoyangs administrations havent done well enough in invest environment, notwithstanding administration efficiency in Qingdao is better than Luoyang city. Both cities can rapidly improve investment environment by improving their administration efficiency, and relatively speaking, Qingdao will even benefit more.
