The Ways to Construct a Service-oriented Government: The Improvement of Administrative Accountability System

Constructing a service-oriented government is to adapt to the requirements of the times development. Service-oriented government should be a peopleoriented government and take serving the people, making the people satisfied as the starting point of all the work. One of the methods to build a serviceoriented government is to improve the accountability system of government. However, there are some reality existent difficulties that prevent the accountability system of government from implementing effectively and efficiently. The improvement of the accountability system plays an important role in the reform of administrative system in China.
