Research on Evaluation of Tourism Public Service from the Perspective of Tourist Satisfaction
Nowadays, tourism industry plays a more and more important role in city development. Tourism public service is an indispensable element in modern tourism industry, and its development level becomes an important evaluation sign of tourism industry maturity and tourist satisfaction. Scientifically evaluating tourism public service of city, and finding out and solving its problem have important realistic significance to improve development level of tourism public service in our country. Firstly, this paper constructs evaluation index system of tourism public service of city on the basis of literature review and expert interview. Secondly, it calculates weight of each evaluation index with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Then, taking Chongqing as object, this paper makes empirical research with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) method. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve tourism public service of Chongqing.
