The Application and Valuation of Effect of Brain Storm Being Used in Training of Public Servants
In order to improve the quality of all the public servants, this article creatively applies brain storm to the training of government functionary. It deeply and comparatively analyzes six traditional training methods of public functionary and their effects, besides points out their shortcomings and creatively puts forward the brain storm method. The article mainly probes into the scientific procedure of the brain storms application, based on capturing the advantages of traditional cultivating ways. To a certain extent, the brainstorming method also makes up the defects including excessive regulation and standardization, ignoring trainees individual demands, and so on. The investigation result indicates that public functionary is more satisfied with brainstorming than traditional means. In a word, taking a flexible and scientific method to train government can get the effects of twice the result with half the effort.
