Corporate Citizenship Strategy and Its Competitive Advantage in Chinese Firm: Based on External Stakeholder Approach
This paper analyzed and summarized the issue of corporate citizenship behavior in the relevant enterprises both at home and abroad. It based on the use of case study in China and KJ method, this paper gave defining acts of corporate citizenship and theoretical analysis. Through taking 6 Chinese most respected enterprises as examples, we found the theoretical model by multiple case studies of the acts of corporate citizenship. It summarized the basic of acts of corporate citizenship to get a competitive advantage and value. Finally, the paper also pointed out further research directions for corporate citizenship.
