The Problems and the Countermeasures —The Probe on the Community Construction in the Suburb in Shandong Province—An Empirical Study on Shandong Province

摘要：

Based on the special investigations in Shandong, the article explored the status quo of the community construction in the suburb and summarized the current pattern and basic experience of the community construction in the suburb based on innovating the grass-root administrative system, to break the dual structure in urban and rural areas, to promote the process of the integration of urban and rural area. At the same time, we pointed out the factors which affected the community construction and gave some suggestions to promote the community construction in the suburb.
