Research on Strategies of Chinas Public Financial Management Reform
Chinas public financial management reform has been progressing steadily in recent years, and achieved fruitful results, but macro reform still lacks overall design and planning of the strategy reform, the practice and innovation of micro reform are not sufficient, therefore, many strategic pathes of reform must be selected and practiced to build a practical and efficient and law-based government. In this paper, based on the analysis of the major issues of the current Chinas public financial management, the strategies of reforming the public financial management system, improving the government accounting system, establishing a scientific system of the public financial information disclosure, strengthening the public financial management supervision, training the public financial management personnel vigorously, etc., are systematically put forward by learning successful experiences of national public financial management from developed countries and combining with the realities in China the strategies of reforming the public financial management system to provide reform decision-making reference for reducing the administration cost and improving government performance and the benefit of people.
