The Analysis on Sustainable of Low-carbon Traffic Policy in China and Abroad

摘要：

Low-carbon traffic plays a vital role in the construction of low-carbon city. This paper focus on low-carbon traffic, sums up the distinct features of the international practices and experiences. The article analysis the government plans, technology innovation and tax subsidies, basing on the comparative analysis of the situations of low-carbon traffic system construction in China and abroad. Therefore, considering the Energy, Carbon emissions and Sustainable development of practical factors, this thesis designs a framework of low-carbon traffic system including advocating civic consciousness on low-carbon travel, establishing a rapid transit system and slow transit system, limiting the use of private cars and utilizing of clean energy. In order to accelerate the sustainable development of lowcarbon traffic, it is important to establish the safety, the high efficiency and the green low-carbon traffic system, realizing the sustainable development of the city.
