Study on Government Behavior in Cultivation of Industrial Cluster Brand
With effects of the brand becoming increasingly apparent, the industrial cluster which has strong radiation and leading effects are the representatives of competitiveness in a nation or region. But the cluster in terms of economic strength within the business and operational capabilities, or in contact with many business relations between the credit strength and coordination, industrial cluster is difficult to implement creating and nurturing the brand. The government is not only a public legal entity and public service organization, but also a body of the creation and even the operation of industrial cluster brand. This paper focuses mainly on the creation, maintenance and promotion of cluster brands by government based on the analysis of problems of cultivating cluster brands.
