Study on Behavior Interaction between the Owner and Entrepreneur
This article establishes a dynamic game of incomplete information model, studies how Psychological Contract influence entrepreneurs behavior and behavior features after PC violation is perceived, explains why the owner has driven to fake or exposure their PC style as well as the condition for such drive, under the condition that it is common knowledge that the entrepreneurs PC belongs to relational one but the owners is private. Comparing with existing research, this thesis incorporates results of entrepreneurs PC into economic framework, adds utility change from implied contract into utility function of explicit contracts to analyze entrepreneurs behavior and mutual effect between entrepreneurs and owners, which makes the study close to reality as well as enhances interpretability of entrepreneurs behavior.
