An Empirical Study on the Impact of Chinas Tertiary Industry Structural Change to the Consumption Level
Based on principal component regression analysis, this article studies the relationship between the internal structure of the tertiary sector and household consumption in China, using empirical study analysis to reveal the inherent links between the internal structure changes of the tertiary industry and changes in our consumption level under a categories of indicators. We conclude that the development of modern service industry in the tertiary industry have made a significant role on the improvement of Chinas household consumption level. At last, I propose some relevant policy recommendations which will promote the consumption level of Chinese residents.
