The Theory on Townships Governance: Viewpoints Analysis and the Model-choice

摘要：

There are main four theories of the model on townships governance in the academic field, like the theory of strengthening, weakening, semi-selfgovernance and canceling, but each of them has the inherent defects. According to the realities in China, the best choice for township is to keep and strengthen the available system, because of the present main reforming task of the governmental system, the characters of the system and the townships special function in the countrysides construction and governance.
