Systematic Innovation of Governments Public Administration in the Building of Great Peoples Livelihood

Great Peoples Livelihood promotes the contents of peoples livelihoods work to a high degree of service as building a socialist harmonious society and taking focus on improving peoples livelihood as a social construction, and even pays more attention on the coordinated development of governments social management in city and countryside, social security and public service. This article takes construction of a harmonious society as the background, pointing out the connotation and the times characteristics of Great Peoples Livelihood, and analyzing the anomie performances of government administration in the building of Great Peoples Livelihood, and then ,on this basis, puts forward innovative practice-oriented path respectively from system operational mechanism of government administration, social security system, financial management system, law-building mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism and cultural transmission mechanism, looking forward to constructing a system of government administration which adapts with the law of development of Great Peoples Livelihood.
