The Implementation Path and Policy Rules for Chinese Local Governments Collaboration

To narrow the gap between regional governments, we need to promote the involvement of the central government but even more so the active collaboration of regional governments. This article will use the basic theory of inter-governmental management and across-domain administration to analyze these collaborative mechanisms by which central government can promote closer and more effective collaborations among regional governments. The focus of this paper is to explore the new procedures and implications of this theory. Furthermore, it is to see how best to implement these collaborative mechanisms as well as their paths and systems.
