Research on the Migrant Labor Shortage Problem in China

摘要：

Migrant labor shortage indicates the lack of migrant workers in human resource market, which is the essential react of economys upgrade and transform, and also the inevitable cost. The essential and significant reason of migrant labor shortage is the right shortage and structural shortage. The solution of migrant labor shortage must be affected by the situation of China, for migrant labor shortage formed in reform and development, so it should be solved during this period. The basic way of solving this problem is: first, enlarging the need of worker, and strengthen the strategic movement of peasant labor; second, protecting the right of migrant workers, making up their loss of right; dealing with the structural conflict, improving the ability of migrant workers, building up a free-move human resource market. The solution of migrant labor shortage also needs the command of reforms power, direction and progress.
