The Analysis of Farmland Scale Management and System Innovation

摘要：

With the changes of the economic and society circumstance, the household contract responsibility system exposed a series of drawbacks. Pushing the reform of land management system, breaking through the restrict of country economic development by small-scale, scattered operation and innovating the way of country land management, developing greatly rural cooperative economic organization is the keys to promote the appropriate scale operation of land and get the both scale advantage and incentive advantage of household operation.
