Urban-rural Integrated Development and Coordinated Growth from the Perspective of Public Administration—Based on Japans Experience
Policy model of dual management system and spontaneous effects of market mechanism lead to a growing gap between urban and rural areas in China. When this kind of disparity is too great to manage by the government through the community policy, urbanrural integrated development and coordinated growth have been put into the agenda. The experience of Japanese city and countryside integration management process has a useful significance for us to eliminate the adverse effect of public goods supplies nonequilibrium and design the public goods supply system of urban-rural integrated development.
