Comparative Analysis on Dynamic Mechanism of Public and Private Sectors Strategic Management

摘要：

Dynamic mechanism of strategic management is various incentive factors and interactions between these factors during the process of organization strategic management. According to different sources and ways of organizing of dynamic factors, dynamic mechanism of enterprise strategic management can be divided into two types: bureaucracy dynamic mechanism and market dynamic mechanism; dynamic mechanism of public sectors strategic management can be divided into internal and external dynamic mechanism. It can be concluded that the dynamic mechanism of public sectors strategic management is more complicated and harder to balance the relations between stakeholders. Through comparative analysis on dynamic mechanism of public sectors and enterprise strategic management, it can help to clarify influencing factors and process mechanism, and enhance the efficiency and level of public and private sectors strategic management.
