Analysis on Tender Management of Government Service Method by Marginal Utility

摘要：

In this paper, Firstly, problems of service ways existed in contemporary Chinese government public service system were analyzed in use of marginal utility theory combined to the new public service theory and the development of Chinese market. Secondly, tender management point of view about government services was put forward. Then, the process of tender management was used to select, analyze and determine the system and service methods of government services. Finally, the tender management of government services was analyzed in use of marginal utility theory. Based all above, the most optimal management target of government services will be achieved.
