Research on the Ethical Dilemmas and Solutions in Government Crisis Management
With the development of the science and technology, the process of the global economic integration is more and more boiling. China is innovating about society transition on the background of an international environment; many natural and unnatural crisis outbreak frequently, which make the government face the enormous challenges. If the government cant effectively respond to the crisis, which will not only hurt the credibility of the government and affect social stability, but also suffer from financial loss; furthermore, the safety of peoples lives and property will be threatened. Therefore, it has become one of the government works focuses that how to effectively handle crisis. This article analyzes the various forms of ethical dilemmas that exist in the current crisis management of the government from an ethical perspective, and proposes feasible solutions from three levels, such as institutional ethics, organizational ethics and the personal morality on the public service.
