Improvement of Chinese Governments Terrorism Crisis Monitoring and Early Warning Mechanism

摘要：

We should enhance our governments ability to fight against terrorism and crisis management in order to ensure national security and social stability. In the current era of globalization, In addition we need to respond to conventional terrorist attacks, but also more difficult to deal with new terrorist attacks, such as biological, chemical and radiological terrorist attacks and network attacks. Under the impetus of high-tech means, terrorism will be more and more destructive to human society and world peace. In order to improve the capacity of the government anti-terrorism prevention and control, we should pay more attention to terrorism crisiss monitoring and early warning.
