The Management and Development of Mental Health Recovery Station in Community—A Case Study of Typical Rehabilitation Station in Hangzhou
Mental health is a critical problem in social public service. In China, the mental health recovery station in community is the main part of the prevention and cure to mental sickness in community, which is the carrier that the government offers the public mental health service. Furthermore, it is a new lookingafter institution located in the community and also is the hub for the mental patient when going home after professional cure is hospital. However, this mode complying with the development of international mental sickness recovery is shrinking in the mainland. This paper, in the respect of professional service and management of social work, surveys the service theory, organization and administration and working method on the basis of considering a typical mental health recovery station as object of study. It aims to improve the development and completeness to the mental sickness recovery grass-roots organization in community and promote the social work to intervene the mental recovery in Chinese community through the discussion on current situation and trouble of grassroots mode.
