Organizational Network and Organizational Capabilities
Organizational network becomes the key to the survival and development of enterprises in the emerging economic environment. Adapting to and making effective use of organizational network can help organizations to obtain competitive advantages. The research analyzes the mechanism of organizational network under organizational environment, studies the concepts of organizational networking boundaries, organizational networking positions, and the capabilities. Based on the above, it discusses the boundaries and network positions in the network, which are influenced by costs and resources, competences, learning, knowledge, technology chances and other assets. Organizational network positions can also exploit organizational capabilities by network ties and structural holes, which promote reciprocally and shape the mechanism of resources and competences by integrating and learning constantly, which in turn promotes the whole organizational network core competences.
