The Governance of Rural Communization and Social Administrative Innovation on Grass-roots in China

摘要：

A series of evolution on rural power structure provided many possibilities for the governance of rural communization in China. Under the background of the governance of rural communization, the essence of social administrative innovation on grass-roots is to break the National Power which is the only administrative force and the only center of power so as to take the arrangement of multi-centers and the construction of cooperative mechanism over the main part of governance. The tendency of the diversification of rural power structure impacted on the social basis for pressure type system increasingly. We should take some reforms from the aspects of organization reconstitution, community renewal, construction of a new administrative mechanism and establishment of development-oriented social policies over the rural social administrative innovation on grass-roots in order to gestate new social conditions and provide feasible strategies for the governance of rural communization.
