Guidance and Regulations of Internet Anti-corruption: From Angle of E-government*
With the development of information and communication technology (ICTs) , the internet anti-corruption has become a new way of fighting corruption. Internet anti-corruption is an important form of supervision for citizens, an important way for citizens to fight corruption, and an important way for government to broaden the channels of anti-corruption. Its rise was mainly because the popularity of the internet provided a good social infrastructure, the increased public awareness of political participation provided the social basis, and the traditional channels of interests expression is not smooth. However, internet anti-corruption has some limitations, such as the internet information sometimes is false, the internet supervision is limited, the internet media exists violence, and so on. Therefore, the construction of E-government is very necessary, which can strengthen the guidance and regulations of internet anticorruption.
