The Study of Governmental Information Publicity System in the Context of Government Governed by Law
In 2004, Chinese central government issued the goal of establishing Government Governed by Law policy objectives. In this paper, the author clearly explained the meaning of government governed by law and illustrated the need for the rule of law in the government building path. It is an important embodiment of holding fast to the thought of peopleoriented policy; it is an essential requirement to build a harmonious society and to carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development. Governmental information publicity system meets the fair, transparent requirements to the government. This paper thoroughly analyzed the government information publicity system in the context of government governed by law, and put forward reasonable proposals for the construction of government information publicity system.
