Analysis on the Way of Establishing Law-based Government
Building a law-based socialist Government is not only the important part of manage state affairs according to law and build a socialist country under the rule of law, but also to situate the social transition of our government reform objectives. Because our government lack of the tradition of history and it reflects that the government staff have weak concept of law enforcement, Lack of legal knowledge, and the Law is not effective. Usually the authority is unclear and the responsibility is unknown in the work of government .our country is confronted with matters of great importance which include legislation, Enforcement, supervision system incomplete and some other aspects in real life to accomplish law-based socialist government building. We should analysis the problem that based on the facts and propose solution measures, which makes great sense to building a lawbased socialist government.
