Co-link Analysis of Chinese Provincial Government Websites
In recent years, co-link analysis methods have been used in researches on academic and business websites, this paper applys this method to the study of government websites. Co-link data of 31 Chinese provincial government websites are collected from Yahoo! and then converted to correlation matrix with Ochiai Coefficient for further study. The method of MDS is used to analyze the raw data, and find that there are some similarities between the provincial government websites. QAP matrix correlation analysis is used to find the relationship between co-link data matrix and the location of provinces.
