Research on Community Governance Mode in the Process of Reform—From the View of Balance Concept

摘要：

Communities, formed by a geopolitical groups and regional social, as a cell of primary society, is the base of the existence and development of society. The community governance directly relates to the construction of the harmonious society. The transitional characteristics in Chinas social transformation period indicate that in the process of community governance, the traditional administrative governance mode has lagged behind the demand of social development and is far from the intended governance; while the modem self-governance mode has been beyond the actual conditions of the country and hardly to achieve success. Under this background, it is quite necessary to find a community governance mode in accordance with the actual situation of social transformation in China.
