Concepts, Features and Upgraded Strategies on Service Quality of Interdisciplinary Education in Universities and Colleges in China

摘要：

The key to enhancing independent innovative capability and building an innovative country lies in cultivating the innovative talents. The interdisciplinary education in universities and colleges is an important way to cultivate the innovative talents, to a great extent, its service quality determines the cultivation level of the innovative talents, and affects the process of building an innovative country. The paper presents the concepts, features on service quality of interdisciplinary education in universities and colleges, on the basis of this, the paper discusses upgraded strategies on service quality of interdisciplinary education in universities and colleges, namely, establishing the concept of education services, and giving full play to the effectiveness of service quality of interdisciplinary education in universities and colleges; building management modes of customer satisfaction, and improving effectively management performance of service quality of interdisciplinary education in universities and colleges.
