Four-in-one Driving Mechanism Model of Ecological Civilization Construction in China
Ecological civilization construction is an important strategic task in the new era of China. The driving mechanism of ecological civilization construction is one of the main components of ecological civilization construction at the present stage in China. In this paper, we propose the four-in-one driving mechanism model of ecological civilization construction that is consisted by government, enterprises, academic organizations and the public. Around the driving mechanism, subject composition, driving forces of subjects, mechanism elements, and the structural function has been elaborated. Moreover, extract structural elements and divide into four levels which are the policy and law driving, market and interest driving, technology achievement and talent driving, culture and education driving respectively. Then the existing problems and approaches of the driving mechanism model are pointed out and discussed. It is emphasized that four subjects must coordinate harmoniously, and four levels must develop in balance in four-in-one driving mechanism model.
