Analysis on Technology Management Capacity of the University Based on the Concept of Technology Resources

摘要：

The emergency to build an innovative country promotes focus on universitys technology innovation and its transformation. In this paper, the concept related to technology management capacity is defined on the basis of technology resources. With comparison between them, technology management capacity is further clarified. With the input—transformation—output—feedback process in the model of universities control system, together with the comparative analysis between technology resources and the management capacity, a model describing the development of management capacity is introduced. Universities technology management functions to define the market position of innovations and accelerate their applications, which require domestic universities to exert their functions in the innovation system and also demand the policy environment to promote advantage accumulation and efficient flow of universities technology resources.
