The Sequential Risk and Prevention Mechanism of Rural Land Transformation in Chongqing

摘要：

State Council formally approves Chongqing municipality under the direction of centre Government and Chengdu municipality to be national coordinating rural and urban comprehensive supplementary reforms pilot area. Chongqing is a municipality having the distinct feature of dual economy of large city and large rural area. Chongqing rural lands transfer accelerates rapidly which are the propellant of Chongqing agriculture industry restructuring, urbanrural integration and the coordination of rural and urban development. To analyze the potential risk of rural lands transfer by Chongqing rural lands transfers basic situation and responding to those problems, the author tables a proposal for the future risk of Chongqing rural lands transfer.
