Pathway Exploration on Constructing Negotiation Mechanism of Health Insurance in China

摘要：

Health insurance negotiation mechanism is a process to achieve agreement between medical services provider and consumer through dialogues and negotiations. Then participators set the price and quality of medical services and lay down bilateral responsibilities, rights and benefits. To set up the negotiation mechanism of social medical insurance is extremely urgent for the development of the reform of medical care system in China. And social medical insurance is also the important guarantee to accomplish the efficiency of social medical insurance. In order to better develop the health insurance negotiation mechanism, after analyzing the theoretical foundation, this article puts forward some suggestions that social health insurance negotiations may be available from the some aspects to achieve the purpose of negotiations, including formatting a fixed system, establishing health association-led collective bargaining, and other related polices. The purpose of this article is to explore on path of development for health insurance negotiation mechanism in China.
