The Legislative Idea and System Establishment of China Social Security

摘要：

The construction of harmonious society cannot get away from coordinating urban-rural development. To ensure social stability, fairness and sharing the results of development is the legislative idea of china Social Security System. Coordinating UrbanRural Social Security System should be based on the equal social security right of urban and rural residents to give the fairness top priority, and ultimately realize the sharing modem civilization by all the people. To achieve this goal, it is essential to set appropriate system and law. Therefore, we should improve the social security law in context of coordinating of urban-rural development and take measures to solve social security problems in rural as soon as possible. Rural social security mainly concerns the land-deprived peasants, employees in township enterprises and farmers in rural area.
