Study on the Basic Questions of Choosing the Development Path of Chinas Public Sports

摘要：

On the basis of analyzing the basic principles of choosing the development path of Chinas public sports, this paper makes the points that Chinese government should play the multiple roles as steering, serving and supervising in the mode of public sports development. And it is the core function of Chinese government to develop public sports that constructing the public sports service system, making a catalog of the basic public sports service and providing the basic public sports service for most of the people. Therefore, they constitute a basic structure of Chinas public sports management mode with the leading of the government, the assistance of the non-profit organizations (NPOs) and the supplement of the economic organizations, that is, the basic public sports service given by the government, different public sports service provided by NPOs, and the personalized paid sports service made by the economic organizations.
