The Research on Public Information Dissemination and Opinion Guidance of Wenchuan Postseismic Spiritual Reconstruction
Wenchuan postseismic spiritual reconstruction is a long-term and systematic work. Through questionnaire survey in the affected areas, the author found that: In the later stages of crisis management, effective public information dissemination and guidance of opinion is the foundation of postseismic spiritual reconstruction. On the one hand, we should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of cadres, volunteers, specialists and other disseminators, give full play to the advantages of new media, and use participatory dissemination to improve the public information dissemination system. On the other hand, we should take satellite TV as a mainstream channel, take face to face communication as an important channel, take broadcasting as a traditional channel, take Internet as an expanding channel so that we can unclog the guidance channels of public opinion. Only by establishing the sound public information dissemination system and opinion guidance channels to promote the formation of modern dissemination system with Chinese characteristics, the postseismic spiritual reconstruction will become deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
