Obstacles and Countermeasures of Talent Accumulation in Social Intermediary Organization
The development of social intermediary organization helps to promote the society from dual structure to Three structural changes. However, the capacity of intermediary organizations is obviously insufficient, mainly due to the shortage of talents. The existing lack of skilled personnel has significantly hampered the development of social organization. In view of this, in order to promote the social intermediary organizations, they should implement scientific management of the internal talent, simultaneously, a series of external security measures should also be taken to attract, maintain and nurture the talents.
