Anti-social Exclusion: The Development Strategy of Construction Collective-oriented Community for Landless Peasants

摘要：

This paper constructs a collective-oriented community model for landless peasants based on social exclusion perspective through analyzing remarkable characters in landless peasants community which has strong group-oriented awareness. On this basis, according to the development strategies of collective interest orientation, collective participation orientation, collective adaptation orientation and collective security orientation, the paper defines the special community capital of landless peasants in a new meaning and poses a new community development strategy to solve separately the social exclusion on economy, political, culture and security aspects that the landless peasants have encountered and then accelerates the process which they join in the city as well as the identity and industry conversion in the way of community integration until achieving goal of sustainable livelihoods.
