The Analysis of Obstacles in the Process of Young Farmers to Participate in Politics through Network in China
With the rapid development of the Internet, as well as it penetrates the field of human political life, the network of political participation has increasingly become an important means of political participation of citizens. In our research for the actual young farmers in rural areas of North China, we found that although the development of the network provides young fanners technical conditions for political participation, it will bring much more challenges. There are many obstacles in the process of young farmers to participate political in network, including the participation threshold price is too high, the cost involved is too large, the unequal opportunities for participation, and integration of the greater difficulty involved in such appeals. Its necessary to analyze the obstacles in the process of young fanners to participate in politics through network in Chinas and targeted work in order to ensure that the channels for our young peasant political participation is flow, and thus promote the democratization process in Chinas rural areas.
