Analysis on Medias Responsibilities for Public Fire Safety

Improving the social and public fire safety is a systematic project, which requires all parties to take part in. What the responsibility of fire safety to the public is and how it can play the role in it are among the most important aspects to promote the level of public fire safety. This article discusses, from perspective of the public fire safety, the primary responsibility the media plays in the protection of public fire safety: the first part is about public propaganda and education on fire safety duties, and the second is about medias responsibility of guide. In the third part is mainly about medias duty to supervise the public fire safety. Additionally, this paper not only analyzes the current condition of medias role in the public fire safety, holding the view that media lacks publicity for public fire safety education, but also specifies the shortages and makes the corresponding countermeasures.
