The Computing Model of Consumption about Coal Engineering Based on BOQ
This paper discussed the coal project consumption problem under the BOQ (bill of quantity) pricing mode. The coal construction sub-segment of the project consumption estimation model of the engineering bill pricing mode was established by using mathematical methods. After considering the factors such as construction conditions, period, construction method, complexity of the project, management level, resources and structure, this model is proved to be below the level of budgeting quota. And it can be achieved with practical value through the application of the model. So we can say it promotes the technical progress of enterprises and development of the industry. It also helps enterprises to tender and control cost as a reference.
