Research on Urban-rural Integration of Labor Forces Flowing

摘要：

This article firstly reviewed the studies of urbanrural integration on labor force flowing, and then it cut in from the status quo, originally analyzed labor force transfer initiated by different allocation patterns which are program allocation, market allocation and automatic allocation or their adjustment. The urban-rural public products serious unbalanced supply is the actual most important factor hindering labor forces free flow. So we have to remove it, as is public product equalization. The ways are untied restriction of household registration system, social securitys entire coverage and transparent transaction information. The expected flowing of labor forces should be rational combination and coordination of program allocation, market allocation and automatic allocation on a higher aspect.
