Study on University Logistics Services and Improvement Programme
University Logistics is the social service system including three services and two education1.Three services are the services university logistics providing for teaching and research as well as services in daily life of teachers and students. Two educations means university logistics is a social service system which aims to educating human by management and services2. As university logistics undertake the security and service work of the schools education and research, and its working condition has direct effect on the development of university. This article set an example with a university in western China; meanwhile, through investigation and analysis we got the reasons for its low efficiency and satisfaction. In the end, we constructed a linkage system called Trinity system, which including teachers and students, university logistics and contract operators. This system will promote the reformation and development of university logistics.
