Research on Financial Strategy of Chinese Private Management Consulting Enterprises—From the Perspective of Sustainable Development
Management consulting industry is a transfer of management technology and an important bridge which can connect management theory and practice of business management. Private management consulting Enterprises are the key members of this industry. However, their short-lived phenomenon is thoughtprovoking. Facing fierce competition, in order to keep their sustainable development, the Enterprises must have clear strategic plan to support the development of the business. And the financial strategy plays a core role in the enterprise strategy system. Therefore, it is extremely significant to discuss the financial strategy of private management consulting enterprises from the point of sustainable development. This paper adopts SWOT analysis research method to state that financial strategy is the protection of the sustainable development of these Enterprises. Then this paper analyzes that the financial strategic goal of these Enterprises is to maximize the sustainable development capacity. It clarifies the problems we should pay attention to in order to achieve financial goals. At last, according to it, the key points of sustainable development of financial goals should focus on promoting the capacity of resisting financial risks, core competitiveness and profitability.
