Study on Establishing Soft Power of High Level Talents in the Construction of Chongqing as National Central City

摘要：

In February, 2010, authorized as one of the five national central cities by central government, Chongqing confronted both great development opportunities and challenges. It is known that the comprehensive power of a city is composed by soft power and hard power. High level talents, as the important part of soft power establishment, have immeasurable influence on Chongqings national central city construction. Therefore, the importance of high level talents soft power establishment for Chongqings construction as national central city was first analyzed. Then, SWOT matrix method was adopted in this paper to analyze the present condition, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Chongqings high level talents soft power. In the end, the relevant suggestions and advices of Chongqings high level talents soft power establishment were proposed during the process of constructing national central city.
