Rationalizing the Relationship between Professional Association and Government in China

摘要：

A good social structure should be the state that government administrative departments and social organizations perform their duties respectively, cooperate with each other, and do not exceed their authority boundaries. In the social development background of small government, big society, our countrys Profession Association to the executive power has clearly emerged as the proxy does not meet the requirements of the times. Profession Association must be independent of the attitude to play its role. Therefore, needs to rationalize the relationship between Profession Association and Government, through legislate to entrust with the Profession Association autonomy the institutional authority, causes them to shut off from the system foundation to the administrative authority dependence, can be independently rejected the executive power to the profession autonomous intervention.
